Ben and Ashley met many years ago, through their eldest kids, their paths continued to cross and became the best of friends. Over time, they realized we were made for each other. Making a life-changing decision together, they merged their two separate houses into one home for all six of them. Purchasing a home in the middle of the hill in Deforest, they began to build their own family.  Throughout the years, Ben & Ashley have supported their friends, family, and family friends with their expertise, provided plans and growth opportunities, organized weddings, supported local nonprofits and startups, and served as the point couple to help them get their project or goal accomplished.  One night, on the couch they looked at each other and thought why not, let’s start a consulting business to help others with our skills.  Not knowing what the future holds, they are starting up the mountain to help others by removing the roadblocks so you can accomplish what you set out to do!

Ashley

As a boy mom, my first and most important job is our family, you will catch me perfecting the scheduling and chauffeuring between school, sports, and other activities. In my spare time, I do my second job, work.  I am passionate about being a collaborator, visionist, and organizer. Spending 8 years in the nonprofit world, 5 years in the banking industry, and 12 years in retail management, I often refer to myself as Jane of All Trades. Building relationships, structure and helping people discover their legacy, goals and inspiration is something that I find passions in.  Most of all I am a mission-centric person, knowing that giving back and the impact you can make on others makes the day of work worth every second!

Spending the past 17 years in management with an emphasis on customer service, I have an extensive experience with operational daily management and team building. As a father, watching our boys grow while providing them with new experiences, brings joy to my heart. It’s all about creating and capturing moments we can hold onto. With an appreciative eye for nature, enjoying the outdoors by way of traveling and exploring, I relish in the ability to bring my critiquing eye and skills to branding and marketing with an organization view. Capturing the vision, the photo, the feeling, or the heart of the work motivates me.
